Fredrik was recently Group Senior Vice President and member of the Group Executive Committee, at IFS AB, the globally recognized leader in enterprise software, where he among others was responsible for Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining IFS, Fredrik worked in senior executive roles within general management, sales, professional services, and marketing at Cap Gemini Ernest & Young, Ericsson and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) in Sweden, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. He has extensive expertise in scaling Software-as-a-Service companies globally and how to design and execute on an M&A strategy. Having led IFS successful M&A growth activities closing & fully integrating multiples software M&A transactions internationally he is a true software M&A expert.
